  • Why do I need Website Hosting?

    When your website is created you need to have it Hosted by someone for it to be visible on the Internet.

    For others to be able to access your website (once online), it needs to uploaded to a server which hosts your website pages on the internet.

    Once this has taken place, they will be available to anyone who accesses your domain name address (eg: www.yourweb.com.au).

  • How do I order a new website?

    All you need to do to is choose which website you need for your business requirements from our Website Design Package Options Page, then CONTACT US to request a No-Obligation Website Proposal to be sent to you with all the details and prices you will need to make your mind up.

    If however, you business requires a more involved or varied website to what you see on our Package Options, you can request a Custom Quote from us and we can tailor make a website package to suit your needs.

    Once you have received our Proposal or Quote and you like what you see, all you have to do is contact us to arrange confirmation of our services and send us the information we will require to start creating your lovely new website.

    It's that simple.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. 

  • How can I pay for my Hosting, Domain name or Web design?

    All Website Packages are in AU Dollars and payments can be made via PayPal*, Credit Card* or Direct Bank Transfer/Deposit.

    Just place your order in your shopping cart on our site and follow the instructions, it’s that simple...


    * PayPal for Credit Card payments will attract a 2.4% PayPal Transaction Fee to the total purchase price. 


    ** We also accept Bartercard Trade $ for full or part payment of some of our products and services.  Just contact us to find out more. 

  • What do you need from me to complete my new website?

    It is very easy...

    All we need is the page content, images, product descriptions etc. that you want on your website and we will do the rest.

    We will contact you and discuss with you what you want/need on your site to ensure we get it looking the way your business needs.

  • Can I transfer my domain to you from my current host?

    Transfer your domain name to us - Yes certainly, we can arrange all of this for you at no extra charge, if you are purchasing a Website Design or Hosting Package from us.

    Transfer your current website to our Hosting Services - To transfer a website from another host however, will incur an additional fee, this can be quoted at time of enquiry.

  • Is there any email attachment limit on my Hosting Account?

    The maximum attachment file size for any one email is approx. 2MB.

    This limit is for both sending and receiving emails but there isn't any limits to how many email addresses you have on your account or how many emails you send and receive each day.  

    That is UNLIMITED :) 

  • Can I edit and update my site, or do you have to do it for me?

    Yes you can edit and update your own website (content, images, products etc.) which will save you time and money.  However, if you prefer to get on with your business, and leave the website updating to us, that can be arranged too.  The choice is yours, and of course, we are flexible and will change as your needs do.

  • How long with it take to design my new website?

    Our team will ensure that your new website is designed, created and online within 2 to 8 weeks from the time you have provided us with the relevant information (page content, design elements, images, product information etc...) we need to create your new website..

    The timeframe is also dependant on the complexity of your new website and the components that are included in the site and their configuration requirements and you will be given an estimated time of completion when you request a quote from us.

    For example: Our Small Business Website usually takes between 10 to 20 working days to design and create from when you have given us all of the content, images, design elements etc... where as our Ecommerce sites are much more complete and include more features, so the time frame for these sites can be up to 8 weeks to complete once all elements have been provided to us to proceed.
